Online Registration for Summer 2014 will begin at 10:00 am on Monday, March 10. There will be NO phone or walk-in registrations during the first week of registration.
Registration for Spring 2014 Baseball, Softball and T-Ball
Registration is now open! The season begins the week of March 31, 2014. Click here for the season flyer, outlining options for boys and girls, grades K - 8.
Registration for Adult Winter Classes
Registration begins Monday, December 2 for Adult Winter Classes. Click "Online Registration" above.
- Winter Session: January 13 - April 18, 2014. Classes run for 14 weeks. except where indicated.

Registration for Youth Spring Classes
Registration begins Monday, December 9 at 10AM for Youth Spring Classes. Click "Online Registration" above.
- Spring Session: January 27 - May 16, 2014. Classes run for 14 weeks, except where indicated.
- Location: New Providence Municipal Center, except where indicated.
After School Enrichment
Registration for the winter session of enrichment will begin on Friday, January 8, 2014. Classes will begin the week of January 27, 2014.
2013-2014 Fall/Winter/Spring Programs
Financial assistance is available for Borough-run programs only. In order to qualify for assistance, participants must provide a copy of their approved "free" or "reduced" school lunch letter which is determined by the United States Department of Agriculture, Food & Nutrition Service 'Income Eligibility Guidelines'. Participants seeking financial assistance need to register in person at the Recreation Office.
Hillview Field Closed Thru Spring 2014
Hillview Field is being renovated and is CLOSED to all activity until Spring 2014. Click here to see the Borough Administrator's letter about the project. We apologize for any inconvenience.
"FACES" Community Art Project
The Recreation Department recently unveiled "FACES", a community art project on permanent display at the Municipal Center outside the Recreation Department. FAMILY TENNIS DAY - Sunday, March 30 from 1:00-3:00 PM at New Providence Tennis Courts (1400 Springfield Ave). The New Providence Tennis Association is sponsoring this event. For more information, click here for flyer.
TROUT FISHING DERBY - Saturday, April 5 from 8:00-11:00 AM at Oakwood Park (1 Roesner Pl.). The New Providence P.B.A. Local #132 and New Providence Recreation are co-sponsors of the event. For more information, click here for flyer.

NP Recreation Introduces Background Check Policy for Volunteer Coaches
