After recording the vital emergency information on the two sided File of Life card it is put in a magnetized envelope then placed in a prominent spot on the front of the refrigerator door. In the event of an emergency it becomes available to all emergency personnel. The New Providence rescue squad and fire and police departments are aware of the Tile of Life Program and have found it very helpful in obtaining vital health information during an emergency. Please call Janice Gironda, New Providence Public Health Nurse @ 908-464-7308 to set up an appointment.
