Message from Mayor Al Morgan – 3/26/2020, 7 PM

My apologies for not updating sooner, it was a very busy day today taking care of our constituents.

First, we are grateful that no one was hurt or injured at this morning’s early morning fire at the Prestige Diner. Jimmy and Harry Vardas are already regrouping, cleaning up, and looking forward to serving our community once again. Their generosity as well as their selfless support of our community has always been so deeply appreciated. Now we will support them in whatever they need during this time. We also thank our first responders.  Our volunteer fire department did a great job getting this fire under control and thankfully no one was hurt.

Please know that our Police, Fire, Rescue Squad, and Emergency Management Team are prepared and ready to serve if needed.
