2nd Quarter 2020 taxes remain due on May 1st (grace period ends May 11th)
The State of NJ Division of Local Government Services has informed each municipality they do not have the authority to extend the grace period more than 10 days (N.J.S.A. 54:4-67).

3rd Quarter 2020 taxes remain due on August 1st (grace period ends August 10th)
*NEW ESTIMATED BILL FORMAT FOR AUGUST 2020*
The Borough will be sending estimated bills for 3rd quarter which will look different than the regular bills that are mailed once a year with 4 stubs.  Property owners will receive the 3rd quarter estimated bill some time in June 2020 and it will be due on August 1st.  The final bill with the remaining 3 stubs will be mailed some time in October 2020.  The State of NJ Division of Local Government Services has recommended municipalities issue estimated property tax bills for 2020 due to the delay of the state fiscal year and state budget to September 30th.
