We will continue to keep you updated as we receive confirmed information from the state and from the health department. Please note, that we can not report a “recovered” case until cleared personally by our Borough nurse.
Our number one priority is your protection and safety. Please continue to shelter in. No non-essential outings or gatherings. Maintain all social distancing protocols, continue to vigorously wash hands often, and sanitize surfaces. Masks or facial coverings must be worn in all retail establishments and while riding NJ Transit. The CDC also recommends wearing cloth face coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain especially in areas of significant community-based transmission. For more information, please visit www.nj.gov and www.cdc.gov.
If you are in need of masks, Linda’s Creative Gifts, located in the Adam’s Shopping Center at 1259 Springfield Ave New Providence, will be hosting another free mask giveaway this Saturday, April 18th, between 11am-2pm. Donations to our New Providence Rescue Squad will be very graciously accepted. For more information please visit www.lindascreativegifts.com.
