Update from Mayor Al Morgan
Friday 5/22 8pm
We will not have NP COVID19 case updates until Tuesday because of the holiday weekend.
We do have some good news to share going into this weekend. The Governor has lifted the limit on OUTDOOR gatherings from 10 to 25 individuals but all must be socially distanced. INDOOR gatherings remain limited to 10 people if socially distanced. Also, capacity has been raised to 25 socially distanced individuals for charter and fishing boats, outdoor batting cages, driving ranges, and other outdoor recreational businesses if socially distanced and safety precautions adhered to. Public and private recreational campgrounds in the state can also reopen effectively immediately. Please continue to exercise good personal judgment for yourself and for your children and families. Your safety and the safety of our community is our first priority.
