Sunday 8/9 11:30am Update from Mayor Al Morgan:
Crews are working on Fairview. The snapped pole on StoneRidge is a Verizon pole. Verizon is aware and hopefully will be working on it soon. We just spoke with JCP&L about the Mountain Ave corridor, rep explained that everything is out from Berkeley Heights into Summit, damage is extensive and crews are working on it, awaiting a process report there and will update as soon as we hear anything. Pitney Ave is also still out, awaiting an ETR there. Please stay strong, we are so close to getting through this, and will not stop until every home and business is restored.
