NPCOVID19 UPDATE: Tuesday August 24, 2021

We have 1 new positive case to report (1 adult case). We thankfully have 4 cases reported as recovered. New Providence currently has a total of 11 active Covid19 cases in our community (10 nonLTC and 1 LTC).

– 4 Newly Recovered

 

– 11 Total Current Active Cases

 

New Providence has had a total of 61 reported positive cases since June 1st :

  • June – 4 Cases
  • July – 12 Cases
  • Aug –  45 Cases

 

The breakdown of vaccinated verses unvaccinated current positive cases has not been reported to us. The percentage of Delta Variant cases has not been reported to us. Breakthrough cases have not been reported to us.

 

We are working closely with our Board of Health to try and put together a Town Hall meeting to answer health and COVID questions and address on going concerns. More details with be forthcoming shortly.
