The borough has become aware of delays or suspension of regular residential/household trash pick up due to the transfer stations’ inability to handle all the waste generated as a result of Hurricane Ida. Residents should be mindful of this potential problem and try to limit the amount of waste they generate or have a temporary alternate storage location at your house.
