The Westfield Board of Health offers free immunizations and physical exams for children birth through 18 years who are uninsured or who have family care plan A and are residents of Chatham Borough, Cranford, Fanwood, Garwood, Kenilworth, Mountainside, New Providence, Roselle Park, Summit, Union, or Westfield.
