Governor Murphy signed Executive Order No. 328, ordering the flag of the United States of America and the flag of New Jersey shall be flown at half-staff at all State departments, offices, agencies, and instrumentalities during appropriate hours on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, in recognition and mourning of the 50th anniversary of the passing of a brave and loyal hero, New Jersey State Trooper Werner Foerster, Badge #2608.
This Order shall take effect immediately.
