Primary Election Information

VOTING DISTRICT MAP & POLLING LOCATIONS:
Voting Districts and Polling Places have changed for some voters starting with the June Primary Election.  Please see the map below.  The sample ballot you receive from Union County will list your district number and polling location so please check sample ballot before voting on Election Day.  If you are still unsure of where to vote you can call the Borough Clerk’s Office 908-665-1400 x0.

Voting Districts and Polling Places:

1, 2, 6, 7 – Municipal Center (360 Elkwood Ave)
3, 4 5, 9, 12 – DeCorso Center (15 E. Fourth Street)
8, 10, 11 – Fire House (175 Floral Avenue)

If you have voting questions you can also contact the Borough Clerk’s office for assistance 908-665-1400 x0.  We also have voter registration forms and absentee ballot applications available if needed.

Ballot Drop Box information:

If you would like to drop off your mail-in ballot rather than mail it back to the county, there is a secure Board of Elections drop box located in New Providence at the following address:

June Primary Election Early Voting:

Location: New Providence DeCorso Community Center – 15 E. Fourth Street
(All districts and all voters living in Union County can vote at the DeCorso Center during Early Voting)

  • Friday June 2, 2023: 10am – 8pm
  • Saturday, June 3, 2023: 10am – 8pm
  • Sunday, June 4, 2023: 10am – 6pm
