Notice about Borough Ordinances
The Borough Ordinance web site is provided by General Code Publishers Corporation. This web site REQUIRES that you enable your browser (and software firewall) to permit cookies, particularly what is known as “session cookies.” These cookies are employed to enhance functionality.
The General Code E-Code web site uses session cookies to assist with some convenience features. For example, search information is stored temporarily so that when reviewing search results, the view can be changed to the Content view, and then selecting the Chapter view will display the chapter previously shown with the search hits highlighted. There are other similar items that use the session cookie as well. Information is only used for the current session and is not stored or transmitted outside the session.
Recently adopted ordinances may not be included in this electronic version of the Borough’s Codebook. Check the New Laws tab on the left side of the General Code page for recent items.
