The function of the assessor’s office is to place a fair and equitable assessment on each parcel for taxing purposes. This office also deals with property ownership, deductions for senior citizens and veterans, and exemptions for charitable organizations.

The assessor’s office hours are Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM – Additional hours by appointment. The assessor’s office is located on the 2nd floor in the Municipal Building.
