The function of the assessor’s office is to place a fair and equitable assessment on each parcel for taxing purposes. This office also deals with property ownership, deductions for senior citizens and veterans, and exemptions for charitable organizations.

Equalization Ratio for 2017 is 51.29%

    The assessor’s office hours are Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM and Wednesdays 2 – 6 PM – Other hours by appointment. The assessor’s office is located on the 2nd floor in the Municipal Building.
